Tablet issues | Battery of 3 tablets are very poor and the power bank discharges very quickly therefore insufficient for the team. One laboratorians tablet went flat and the other one later went flat to. The team had to call the day due to this. Mapping issues | Experienced difficulty in tracing the right EAs. The LGA has 3 EAs with same name. They went to the first and realized advocacy was conducted there but they were given a wrong tracker and community guides who didi not know they communities. With much effort they were able to locate the right EA which was mapped but no advocacy was conducted their. They however attended to one household. She experience issues with CAPI and called the zonal IT who asked her to meet him at the satellite lab for resolution.
