Calls was made back to the team lead to open the questionnaire again and send to the team lead . they repeated the process over 5 times and still not showing on the dashboard. Dr Sunday said that we should confirm from the team lead to be sure the interviewers actually did the interview and got consent. which he confirmed that he could see.
